That the Director of Health and Human Services and the City Solicitor report to this Council on steps that may be taken to address the recent increase in reports of spiked drinks in the region, including whether it would be possible to require that restaurants and bars post signage displaying a warning to patrons to watch and protect their drinks, encourage vigilance in the community at large, and list the criminal consequences for tampering with another patron’s beverage.
