That the Director of Public Space and Urban Forestry update this Council on plans to coordinate with the state Department of Conservation and Recreation to dramatically increase the number of trees in Foss Park along Mystic Avenue and the McGrath Highway, in recognition of the air quality issues in Foss Park highlighted in the recent CAFEH research report. (report attached)
