That the Administration explore the creation of a Neighborhood Clean-Up Assistance Program, whereby residents may initiate clean-ups for designated areas, and the city supports such efforts by:
• Listing the clean-up on an official City calendar to encourage community participation;
• Providing necessary supplies, including but not limited to, trash bags, gloves, and brooms.
