To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that this Honorable City Council consider and:

1) accept the conveyance of parcel of land known as Lot 2A on Plan 881 of 2020 from Union Square RELP D2.2 Owner, LLC (“Union Square RELP”) to the City; and

2) approve a grant of an easement from the City to Union Square RELP for performing maintenance obligations and, subject to receipt for required permits, the usage of the same for individual tenants of the Project.
