The Mayor respectfully submits for this Council’s consideration and ordainment an amendment to Ordinance Chapter 2 - Section #2-371, Chapter 11 Section #11-125, and Chapter 11 Section #11-164 to accurately reflect current operations of the water and sewer department, and provide it with the necessary time and flexibility for financial planning and development of rate forecast models.
