To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council accept a donation of $5,000 from Cummings Foundation under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A.

The purpose of this donation is to contribute to Somerville's Basic Income Pilot. The donation will be administered by the ARPA Team.

Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
