To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council accept and approve expend an in-kind grant/donation valued at $15,000.00 to the Parks and Urban Foresty Division, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds.

The purpose of this grant/donation was to provide in-kind materials and professional services for the Miyawaki forest planting
