To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve an extension to the current contract with Benefit Strategies, LLC for Flexible Spending Account employee benefit administration.  The contract has an option for renew for up to an additional three years at the discretion of the City.  Human Resources requests to extend the contract for thirty months through December 31, 2025.  A copy of the contract is attached to this request.
