To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the creation of a Senior Project Manager position in the Department of Infrastructure & Asset Management, Engineering Division. The position will be funded through the use of available funds totaling $20,277.91 in the Water Personal Services (600051-511000) and  $41,445.81 in the Sewer Personal Services (640051-511000) accounts. The position will be paid $97,417.89 at the non-union Grade 6, Step 5, prorated for six months with an expected start date of January 1st, 2024. The position will be administered by the Engineering Division.
