To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the transfer of $11,059.72 from the Health and Human Services Professional and Technical Account 0151252-530000 to the Department of Public Works  Building Rentals Account  0140752-527001 for 3 additional seasonal. portable bathrooms originally requested by Health and Human Services to ensure access for vulnerable populations. The locations and vendor are selected and can now be included in one contract for all the city's seasonal restrooms,managed by Department of Public Works.
