That the Commissioner of Public Works and the Director of Health and Human Services instruct their respective staffs to conduct daily inspection and cleanup of all city properties along lower Broadway, up to and including: 165 Broadway, Chuckie Harris Park, all public streets and medians, the East Somerville Library, and surrounding green space.
