To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the transfer of $2,105.53 from the Salary Contingency Account to the Medicare 0190351-517900 Account, for the purpose of a Medicare tax reimbursement.  The City has found that four employees had a prior year excess deduction made in error, and these funds will reimburse those employees accordingly.

Appropriate staff will be available to address any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
