To the Honorable City Council:

 I hereby respectfully request that this Council consider and approve the attached Sidewalk Easement and Maintenance Agreement from Brickbottom I QOZB LP, to the City for the following: a non-exclusive perpetual easement on, over, across and through a portion of the Grantor’s land at 100 Chestnut Street pedestrian right of way access of no less than five (5) feet wide, 24 hours a day seven days a week.
