The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $1,300,000 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the Facility Renovation Stabilization Fund for the purpose of providing funding for a Feasibility Study to create new building space needed to accommodate the Brown School, the Winter Hill Community School, and additional educational programs as defined by the enrollment study,
