To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $259,382 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the Energy Stabilization Fund  for the purpose of funding projects that reduce carbon emissions and energy costs for city operations. The amount appropriated is the amount estimated to be savings incurred from the period April 2022 to January 2023.
