To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council consider and approve a multi year lease agreement for the East Somerville Police Station. Juan Carlos Morales has proposed a 3 year lease commencing July 1st.2023 at $4,600.00 per month with an option to renew for 2 additional years. Year 2 and 3 shall increase 3% each year.

This space consist of 1800 square feet of office space consisting of two offices as well as a large work space and front lobby. Plus two half baths.

Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
