To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the appropriation of $271,200 for the purpose of funding the FY2024 Dilboy Fields Enterprise Fund Budget.

 The appropriation is broken down into the attached Personal Services and Ordinary Maintenance Accounts. Program revenue in the amount of $150,000 will be raised to fund the proposed budget. In addition, an amount of $40,000 will be appropriated from Retained Earnings certified as of July 1, 2022 and a General Fund subsidy of $81,200 will be appropriated to meet the needs of the FY2024 Enterprise Fund Budget.
