To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the Arts Council entering into a  five year lease, with option for renewal, with 561 Windsor Street Owner LLC to provide a dance and movement space to the community.  This space will be available to the community via a specific program opportunity that will provide rehearsal and performance opportunities. 

Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
