To the Honorable City Council:
I respectfully request that this Council convene in Executive Session per G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(3) to discuss and approve a proposed settlement amount for Cobble Hill Center, LLC v. Somerville Redevelopment Authority, Middlesex Superior Court No. 1981CV02669. Discussion in the open session of the council meeting may have a detrimental effect on the City of Somerville's negotiating position and litigation strategy.
