The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a time-only extension to contract #210018 with PMA LLC for owner's project manager (OPM) services on the Building Renovation & Department Relocation Master Plan project. The contract will be extended for 36 months with a new expiration date of 6/30/2026.
