To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the use of available funds of $14,154.88 from the Health and Human Services Salaries Account 0151251-511000 for the purpose of hiring a Finance Manager.The position would commence on May 6, 2023 for the remaining 8 weeks of the 2023 fiscal year for a total of $14,154.88 in FY23  (8 weeks X 1,769.36 weekly salary). This position is needed to support managers due to the increase in grant, ARPA and operational finances over the past few years which is anticipated to continue.
