That the Director of Infrastructure and Asset Management clarify the phases for the programming, design and development of the Winter Hill and Brown School Renovation/Reconstruction in the CIP Presentation shared with this Council on March 9, 2023.
• FY 2023 Gap Analysis and Cost Estimates - Can IAM clarify what is meant with this per the School Building and Maintenance Committee the gap analysis is a space study to determine space capacity throughout the entire school system. It is unclear what is meant by "Cost Estimates" without a design in place. Is this to determine cost to retrofit/renovate/repair existing buildings? Isn't this part of Feasibility Study?
• FY 2023 Feasibility Study - Community Process Can you clarify what is involved in this process? Where is the intersection between the building and the educational program? Please see recent comments from MSBA for a recent submission approved in which they ask that the people and not the consultants create the educational program. What about exploring site options for the project? How is this part of the feasibility study?
