To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve consider and approve a Grant of Easements from BRE-BMR Assembly Innovation I LLC and BRE-BMR-Middlesex LLC, (collectively “the Developer “) to the City for the following:
1) pedestrian right of way access of no less than five (5) feet wide, 24 hours a day seven days a week and
2) access to ancillary pedestrian areas for the uses specified in the easement and
3) to install, operate and maintain water and sewer lines, storm water retention and drainage systems (utility easement); and
Consider and approve a Grant of Easements from the City to the Developer for exercising Developer maintenance obligations and for the installation, maintenance and replacement of directional wayfinding and Project signage, utilities serving the Project, seasonal decorations, other facilities and improvements and, subject to City permits, the usage of the same for individual tenants of the Project.
