The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $702,500.00 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the Law Department's Damages to Persons and Property Account #0199052-576000, for the purpose of funding settlement of Kathryn McDaid v. City of Somerville, et al., Middlesex Superior Court C.A. No. 1881CV02964.
