The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $137,500.00 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the Law Department's Damages to Persons and Property Account [0199052-576000], for the purpose of funding settlement of Carlos Melo v. City of Somerville, U.S. District Court No. 1:18-cv-10786-RGS.
