To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council consider and approve a multi-year lease agreement for the West Somerville Police substation.

Hanhal Realty has proposed a 3year lease commencing March 1st,2023 at $2,500.00 per month with an option to renew for 2 additional years at $2,800. per month.

The space consists of 950 square feet of office space consisting of three (3) rooms plus a half bathroom, and additional basement storage.
