That the Code of Ordinances be amended by making the change noted within.

Chapter 15 - CODE OF CONDUCT, ETHICS AND FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE

ARTICLE II. - ETHICS

Sec. 15-31. - Definitions.

Whenever used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context requires  otherwise:

Immediate family includes a spouse or domestic partner and any dependent children residing in the reporting  person's household;
