To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a supplemental appropriation of $100,000 to the Law Department, Judgments and Settlements Account.

As of Fiscal Year To Date, $127,297 of the appropriated $175,000 has been spent to date.  It is estimated that an additional $100,000 will be needed to carry this account to June 30th.

Appropriate staff will be available to address any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
