I write in response to agenda item 22-1768 in which the Council requested the City Solicitor update the City Council on the August 25, 2022 Civil Service Commission decision, Henry Lima v. City of Somerville. I am prepared to provide a legal update and am requesting to appear in front of the full Council to discuss.
