The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a supplemental appropriation of $500,000 to the Capital Projects, Building Improvements Account for needed repairs and upgrades to the City's HVAC systems. The DPW will oversee this work.

The original appropriation in the FY2023 Capital Projects, Building Improvements Account was $500,000.
