The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a supplemental appropriation of $110,000 to the Capital Projects Division, Capital Outlay, Fences Account for the purpose of funding temporary construction fencing at the 90 Washington Street site. Safety fencing is required to secure the site for community health and safety as well as the security of the site.
