To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council accept and approve expending an American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 grant of $38,752,085.12 from the United States Treasury as distributed through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A.

This is the final payment under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and represents 50 percent of the total allocation.
