That the Director of Water and Sewer report back to this Council on:

a)                     the total number of water and sewer accounts;

b)                     the number of water and sewer accounts that have seen year-on-year increases of greater than 50 percent for the most recent billing period;

c)                     the total amount of water purchased by the City from the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority by billing period for this year and the previous two years; and

d)                     the total amount of water used by Somerville water and sewer accounts by billing period for this year and the previous two years.
