To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the transfer of $121,500 from the Salary Contingency, Salaries Account, (0199951-511000)  to the Department of Public Works, Highway Department, Other Lump Sum Benefits Account (0140551-519013) to fund a labor agreement with the Somerville Municipal Employees Association.  The labor agreement results from a recent arbitration.
