To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council accept and approve expending a $1,000 donation from the Iron Workers Local 7 Union for the expenses to conduct the Vietnam Moving Wall event on Veterans Day Weekend (November 10th - November 14th).  Funds will be used to purchase necessary materials and refreshments for the volunteers at the event.

Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
