To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council accept a grant of an additional $500,000 from MA Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A, for Clarendon Hill Project infrastructure improvements, This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds. The revised MAWorks award for the Clarendon Hill Infrastructure project is $4.9M

The project will be managed by IAM/ Engineering.

The purpose of this grant is to pay for Clarendon Hill Infrastructure.

Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
