That the Director of Parks and Recreation report on enrollment processes, communications, matriculation data, staffing and programs offered in the past five years. Included should be data for:

•                     enrollment process: staffing available for enrollment, enrollment options on-line, enrollment options in person and via telephone,

•                     communications materials posted on-line, printed material distributed, places materials were distributed, materials posted on social media and translated material,

•                     matriculation for youth under 18 years of age: Total enrollment numbers by year including differentiation between summer and school year programs plus wait lists by program, income and if income not available number and percentages of scholarships awarded, age and race if data is available,

•                     staffing: provide staff available or assigned to each program,

•                     programs: list programs for each year for youth under 18, spaces for each program and positions filled for each program including those requiring wait lists.
