That the Superintendent of Inspectional Services review the durability and structural stability of materials being used to comply with Zoning Code 10.8 Screening Section 4.a.ii Roof-Mounted Mechanical Equipment, and explore rewriting that section to provide more specific requirements to promote the use of durable and long lasting materials and to ensure that all structures comply with all applicable building codes, life safety, and structural requirements, including wind loads.
