To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $2,000,000 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash")to the Parks Stabilization Fund for the purpose of funding renovation and needed improvements to the City's parks and playgrounds.  The Parks Stabilization Fund is a capital reserve fund.

My staff will be available to address any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
