To the Honorable Board:
I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $24,000 from the Assembly Square Stabilization Fund to partially fund the construction of Quincy St Park.
As outlined in the 2012-2016 Capital Investment Plan, up to $100,000 from the Assembly Square Stabilization Fund would be used in to match available Community Development Block Grant funds for the construction of a new park on Quincy St. This appropriation represents $24,000 ($78,000 of which are Assembly Square Stabilization funds) for a total $279,000 to be used to construct a new Park.
