To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $800,000 from the Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") Account to the Traffic Safety Stabilization Fund to fund traffic safety and mitigation infrastructure projects.  The Traffic Safety Stabilization Fund is a capital reserve fund.
