That the Director of Purchasing and the Director of Capital Projects provide information to this Board regarding the faulty bid submissions for the construction of a modular structure to house Engine 3 and provide this Board with a plan for fast tracking construction of a structure to house Engine 3 safely and with expediency since they have been housed in a trailer for almost 15 years; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, That the Chief Fire Engineer inform this Board regarding the present status of fire protection in the Union Square area with Engine 3 currently relocated.
