Dear Honorable Board Members:

I respectfully request that you approve the legal services of Brody, Hardoon, Perkins & Kesten as outside legal counsel to represent the defendants, City of Somerville, Joseph A. Curtatone, Anthony Pierantozzi and George Scarpelli in the above-referenced action, Lopez v. City of Somerville et al. I have attached a proposed order for your consideration in this matter.
