To the Honorable Board:

Periodically, the City Solicitor's Office reviews all Executive Session minutes in order to determine which may be released and which must remain sealed in accordance with the Rules of the Board of Aldermen and the State’s Open Meeting Law.

It was recently determined that the following Executive Session minutes could be released, either in full or in redacted form. (The “Disposition” column explains any limitations on the full release of the minutes.) Therefore, I respectfully request that you consider releasing the following Executive Session minutes:
