That the City Solicitor and the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Transportation and Infrastructure) submit to this Board, amendments to the Tree Preservation Ordinance, city code Chap 12 Art VI, related to criteria for removal and notification to add safeguards for tree removal and notification process for street reconstruction projects.
