To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully conveys to this Council the appointment of Kathleen (Kat) Rutkin to the Public Financing of Campaigns Committee.
Kat Kutkin will fill one of two seats designated for a resident appointed by the Mayor, pursuant to Section 8(e) of the City Charter.
Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
