To the Honorable City Council:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable City Council, an appropriation in the amount of $2,000,000 in order to procure Owner's Project Manager (OPM) professional services, design and engineering services to support the renovation of the 1895 Building, City Hall, and the Edgerly School as recommended in the Building Master Plan. To meet said appropriation, the Treasurer will be authorized to borrow $2,000,000 as provided by MGL Chapter 44.
