To the Honorable City Council:

 

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the grant of the following easements from the City over Lot 3 of 299 Broadway in favor of the property owner, 299 Broadway Owner, LLC: 1) a temporary construction easement over Lot 3 and 2) a permanent access and maintenance easement over a portion of Lot 3 for access to Building A and Building B as further described in the easement document. Lot 3 is shown on a plan entitled “Subdivision Plan of Land, Mark Development, LLC” dated March 7, 2025, recorded with the Middlesex County South District Registry of Deeds as Plan 363 of 2025, also attached. This easement is intended to be executed and recorded at the time of the development team’s financial closing in late Summer/early Fall 2025.
