To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request revocation of the Dilboy Revolving Fund effective June 30, 2011 to coincide with the establishment of the Dilboy Stadium Enterprise Fund.  I further request that the remaining Fund Balance in the Dilboy Revolving Fund be transferred to the Dilboy Stadium Enterprise Fund effective July 1, 2011.
