To The Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, a transfer in the amount of sixty thousand one hundred eighty three dollars and fifty six cents ($60,183.56) from Computer Equipment (Org 0115552- Object 542007) to IT Capital Outlay, Equipment-Communications (Org 0115558, Object 585002).

The transferred funds will be used to purchase a 32 Tera Byte Storage Area Network Appliance for the Consolidation, Disaster Recovery, Failover and de-duplication of all user and server data.

IT staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
